The film is a story of two fighters in the boxing ring and their life stories being told during the fight. Multiple layers of graphic design was provided, incl. branding of the theatre, hotel, programs, posters and digital renderings for post.
A film directed by Manuel Carballo, “The Returned” stars Kris Holden-Ried and Emily Hampshire living in a controlled society twenty years post-zombie epidemic. Gatchell is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Sudbury, Ontario. The mural is a collage of residential landmarks, sports teams, building signage and people from the community. The “Memories of Gathcell” book and owner’s family photos were used as reference materials to develop a nonstaglic theme.
